About Us
Who We Are
We are a generation driven by the fear that we might not pass on to our children the world they deserve. The biggest challenge of this century will undoubtedly be climate change. While we may not yet know how to solve it, we believe education can empower more people to take part in tackling humanity's greatest challenges.
By sharing the education we've been fortunate to receive in England with those who lack access, we hope to create a better shot at addressing these global problems.

Our work focuses on educating those who have done nothing wrong but have found themselves in unimaginably difficult conditions simply due to the "birth roulette".
As one of our guiding quotes states:
Tough times create tough men. Tough men create easy times. Easy times create weak people. Weak people create tough times.
Tough times have certainly begun. But we do not yet consider ourselves strong. Only by overcoming challenges together, by fighting for what the child in each of us knows to be right, will we become truly resilient.
What We Do
We provide education to children who are missing out on its fruits. Through partnerships with schools in areas affected by humanitarian crises, we deliver online lessons tailored to their needs. These lessons have covered subjects like English, music, geography, and applied mathematics, and we aim to expand this variety based on what the children need most.

Our Philosophy
For the Pupils
We shed light on the other side of the world
We highlight that there are people in entirely different societies who care
We provide opportunities to explore talents and passions using more advanced resources
For the Teachers
We shed light on the fact that giving allows us to gain so much more — the emotions received are beyond words
We offer valuable experience to those who are up-and-coming
We create opportunities for teachers to enjoy their craft even more by having a potentially greater impact
Our Journey
So Far
The Beginning
Some of us on the team have experienced suffering in our own lives. We feel fortunate to enjoy freedoms that many others do not possess, and this sense of gratitude compels us to give back. Realizing that the problems in our regions were too vast for us to address directly, we chose to focus on areas where the core conflicts had subsided but where children still needed help.

Nepal
Inspired by stories of transformation and awe-inspiring beauty in Nepal, we decided it would be the perfect place to begin our mission. It was there that we met Prakash Bista, a man whose story exemplifies the power of education and community.
The Visionary
Who Returned Home
Prakash Bista was born in Kalikot, a remote village where residents still lack basic medical care. His parents, after a three-day walk to the nearest town, saw children in school uniforms and decided to send Prakash to a boarding school. Tragically, his education was interrupted by a civil war, and his parents passed away in an accident just as he was preparing for his final exams.
Despite these immense challenges, Prakash founded Impact Schools, convincing neighbours to trust him with building the first school in his village. With scholarships, he studied in the US and at LSE, but unlike many peers who stayed abroad to climb the career ladder, Prakash returned home to expand Impact Schools. Today, these schools educate over 300 children and provide accommodations for more than 30 orphans.

Prakash's story reminds us that one individual's determination can ignite change for entire communities.

Prakash's story is just one of many.
